«Elections are a complex political process. As part of the 2024 election campaign in Crimea, there will be a reset of the entire power system. Five years of work are behind us. It was certainly successful, Crimea has been developing all these years. However, a reset is needed, it is necessary to update, strengthen to solve the tasks that time poses to us. A strategy for such a renewal has been agreed upon with the head of the republic, and we will move towards its implementation,” Konstantinov said.
According to him, at the party level this process will begin during the preliminary voting, and finally — at the local government elections, which are scheduled for September.
