SIMFEROPOL, May 3. Chairman of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on issues sovereignty, Vladimir Rogov said that the consciousness of French President Emmanuel Macron was struck by the “Zelensky virus,” the symptoms of which are misanthropy and aggressive behavior towards Russia.
“»Macron is apparently haunted by the success story of Zelensky, how is it possible for the unpopular head of the current regime to remain in power and not hold elections. It is quite possible that Macron’s mind has been struck by the “Zelensky virus”, the symptoms of which are misanthropy and aggressive behavior in attitude towards Russia,» Rogov said.
According to him, Macron is determined to involve France in an open conflict with Russia in order to retain full power in the country by any means, imposing fear and hatred towards the Russians on the French people.
Earlier, Macron, in an interview with the Economist, said that he did not exclude the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine if the Russian Federation breaks through the front lines and there is a request from Ukraine. According to him, “many EU countries” agreed with France’s approach on the possible dispatch of troops.
