Telegram channel Mash Siberia reported that the remains of bear cubs were found at a landfill in the Kemerovo region.
According to local activists, earlier these animals lived with an entrepreneur who repeatedly got into “unpleasant stories.”
“For example, he published a video where he set dogs on a bear cub that was sitting on a chain,” notes the channel.
< p>Animal defenders added that even in winter, local residents turned to the authorities with the question of on what basis wild animals are kept in cages. There was no response then.
Currently people are demanding that the Investigative Committee be involved in the proceedings.
