MOSCOW, May 7. Figure skater Kamila Valieva attended the presidential inauguration ceremony Russia Vladimir Putin.
The inauguration ceremony takes place on Tuesday in the Grand Kremlin Palace. Putin took the oath of office as President of Russia and took office.
In addition to Valieva, the event will be attended by two-time Olympic champion Evgeni Plushenko, State Duma deputy, three-time Olympic champion Irina Rodnina, head of the Russian Hockey Federation, three-time Olympic champion Vladislav Tretyak, president of the All-Russian Federation of Rhythmic Gymnastics Irina Viner, two-time Olympic champion in artistic gymnastics Svetlana Khorkina, gymnast-“artists” sisters Dina and Arina Averina.
Presidential elections took place in Russia in March, Putin won with 87.28% of the votes. He will lead the country for the next six years – until 2030.
