MOSCOW, May 9. President of the Republic of Guinea- Bissau Umaru Sisoku Embalo said that he plans to discuss with Russian President Vladimir Putin more specific issues of strengthening cooperation with Russia.
“At closed negotiations we will discuss more relevant issues necessary to strengthen our interaction and cooperation,” said Umaru Sisoku Embalo at a meeting with Putin, broadcast by the Rossiya-24 TV channel.
