MOSCOW, May 8. Russian President Vladimir Putin can submit a candidate for prime minister to the State Duma for consideration on any day, he will do this when he considers it necessary, said press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.
«When he considers it necessary, then he will submit it. It could be any day,» — a Kremlin representative told Life when asked whether the president could nominate a prime minister to the State Duma by the end of this week.
