MOSCOW, May 12. Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed to reappoint Viktor Zolotov as head of the Russian Guard, reported in the Telegram channel of the Federation Council.

For consultations the following were proposed:… for the position of Director of the Federal service of the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation — Zolotov Viktor Vasilyevich,” the message says.
