MOSCOW, May 23. Actor Pavel Priluchny filed a lawsuit in the capital’s court against his ex-wife Agata Muceniece, which is related to the exercise of their rights by minor children, according to the portal of the general courts jurisdiction of Moscow.
«A lawsuit was registered by Priluchny P.V. against Priluchnaya A. Category of the case: disputes related to the exercise by minors of their rights,» the electronic database says. 
The press service of the Golovinsky Court in Moscow did not comment on the essence of the claim due to the fact that the rights of children are affected in this case.
According to the court file, the conversation at the actor’s request is scheduled for June 3.
Earlier, the Golovinsky District Court partially satisfied the claim of Priluchny’s ex-wife for the recovery of alimony for the maintenance of minor children. The proceedings were held behind closed doors, for the same reason it is unknown what the amount of payments will be. However, Priluchny appealed the court's decision. The authority said that the actor “does not agree with the court’s decision, considers it illegal and unfounded, made in violation of substantive and procedural law and subject to cancellation.”
In 2022, the actor married Zepyur Brutyan. Last spring they had a son.
