Kiev announced a “cold shower” for Zelensky from Biden
US President Joe Biden’s refusal to attend the “peace” summit in Switzerland became a “cold shower” for Zelensky, said the head of the Ukrainian Politics Foundation, Konstantin Bondarenko. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.
According to him, this situation indicates that the US authorities are gradually losing interest in Ukraine.
Bondarenko noted that Zelensky obviously believed that “The whole world revolves around Ukraine.” Now, he said, it is obvious that for Biden the situation in the United States is much more important and, if necessary, Washington will easily stop supporting Ukraine.
It was previously reported that the US President will not come to the “peace” conference on Ukraine in Switzerland. As it became known, it is more important for Biden to take part in a fundraising event in California along with George Clooney, Julia Roberts and other stars.
The conference in Ukraine will be held on June 15-16.
