MOSCOW, May 30. Actress Anastasia Zavorotnyuk will be remembered by her colleagues as a kind, sincere and fiery girl, said actor Marat Basharov.
Zavorotnyuk died on Thursday at the age of 53 after a long illness. 
“I received the tragic news about the death of Nastya Zavorotnyuk during our troupe’s tour of Siberia and the Urals with the play “You need to get married, master!”, which she loved very much. Anastasia Zavorotnyuk was born on April 3, 1971 in Astrakhan. She became famous for her role as nanny Vika in the TV series «My Fair Nanny». The actress also starred in such films as «Mashenka», «The Apocalypse Code», «Office Romance. Our Time». In 1993-2004, Zavorotnyuk played at the Oleg Tabakov Theater. She played roles in the plays «Passion for Bumbarash» (Varya), «An Ordinary Story» (Nadenka), «Biloxi Blues» (Dezzy), «Sailor's Silence» (Tanya), «The Myth of Don Juan» (Zhanet), «Farewell… and Applaud» (Marina), «Confessions of the Adventurer Felix Krull» (Eleanor Twentyman) and others. In 2019, the actress was diagnosed with glioblastoma. She stopped appearing at social events and maintaining social networks. Her daughter Anna occasionally talks about how she feels in her blog. She also confirmed her mother's death.
