According to the investigation, on June 1, employees of a commercial organization violated safety rules while installing sports equipment on a playground near a residential building on Pervomaiskaya Street in Moscow. It is noted that the workers who used power tools did not check the insulating properties of the extension cord leading from the entrance of the house. As a result, a local resident with limited mobility suffered an electrical injury when she lowered a ramp onto this wire. She died on the spot.
It is noted that the investigation will identify those who violated safety rules, and will also give a legal assessment of the actions of the responsible persons of the commercial organization. In addition, official and technical documentation was seized, and forensic examinations were ordered.
