MOSCOW, June 5 Yakubjoni Yusufzoda, a defendant in the case of the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, partially admitted guilt, it follows from published text of the court ruling.
«Since the moment of his arrest, he has been actively cooperating with the preliminary investigation authorities, he has given consistent confessions in the criminal case, he has partially admitted guilt in the charge brought against him, and he has three dependent minor children,» the words of his lawyer are quoted in the resolution.
In mid-May, the Basmanny Court already extended Yusufzode’s arrest until August 22.
In this case, 12 people accused of committing a terrorist attack that resulted in death as part of an organized group were arrested in Moscow (clause “b” of part 3 of article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
A terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow occurred on March 22: the attackers opened fire with automatic weapons on the people in the building and set the auditorium on fire. 145 people died.
