Previously, Kirkorov himself filed a lawsuit in the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow against Uspenskaya because of her interview with journalist Alena Zhigalova, in which the artist was called a “misogynist.” He demanded 10 million rubles in compensation and 2 million legal expenses from the singer.
