He said he was defending himself
The suspect in the murder of a 58-year-old Muscovite in Kuskovo Park said that his attacker hit him with a knuckle duster first, so he had to defend himself.
The suspect's dog became a silent witness to the massacre
As MK found out, the 64-year-old design engineer, who turned himself in to the police on June 7, has a line of defense. According to the suspect, on June 4, he was sitting on a bench with his wife and a Jack Russell Terrier and watching the granddaughters of the deceased throw stones at ducks swimming in a pond. This outraged the man, and he insulted the children. The girls complained to their grandfather, who approached the bench with a friend, and a showdown began. The engineer warned that he had a knife. According to him, the strangers allegedly hit him with brass knuckles, after which he stabbed one of the offenders in the chest. He later threw the murder weapon into the bushes.
However, witnesses do not confirm that the deceased attacked his opponent.
