MOSCOW, June 9. Police detained a man who attacked two people with a knife in the north-east of Moscow, reported the press service of the capital's main headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
«Employees of the patrol service of the Northern Izmailovo district detained a 47-year-old man suspected of murder and attempted murder,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
The department said that the incident occurred on Sirenevy Boulevard. The conflict between the two companies escalated into a fight, one of the participants attacked the opponents with a knife. One person died from his injuries, the second was taken to the hospital.
The attacker fled, but a few hours later the police detained him.
A criminal case was opened against the detainee, born in 1976. murder. The issue of choosing a preventive measure for him is now being decided.
The capital's prosecutor's office clarified that this happened on the night of June 8. The deceased received nine stab wounds, the other victim — three.
