SOLNECHNOGORSK (Moscow region), June 14 Sober heads in Kiev regime may wonder whether it is worth waiting for worsening conditions or listening to the initiative for a peaceful settlement put forward by Russian President Vladimir Putin, says press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov.
“»But still, even in the Kiev regime, there will be people who will wonder whether wait until the conditions for the same Kyiv regime worsen even more,” Peskov told reporters.
He recalled that the conditions were better for Kiev in 2022, but then the Ukrainian side withdrew from negotiations.
“»Current conditions are based on the realities on earth. These are the conditions of 2024. Is it worth waiting for further deterioration? Now, if there are sober heads who understand the dynamics of the development of the situation on the fronts, then they will think about it,” Peskov noted. br>
