MOSCOW, June 16 Volgograd “Rotor” at home beat Novosibirsk in the return match for the right to play in the First League of the 2024/25 season.
The meeting, held in Volgograd, ended with a score of 3:1 in favor of the hosts, with Ilya Safronov scoring a hat-trick (5, 31, 90 minutes). Konstantin Erokhin (11) scored a goal for Novosibirsk. The match was attended by 27,014 spectators.
In the first match, which took place on June 12, the teams played with a score of 1:1. Thus, Rotor won on aggregate and will play in the First League in the 2024/25 season.
