The investigative committee opened a criminal case after the discovery of a stroller with a child inside in the parking lot of the Northern Manor residential complex in Tula. The ICR Investigative Directorate for the region reported this on Monday, June 17.
A stroller with a child on the street was discovered by a passer-by on the morning of Sunday, June 16. He published a corresponding post on social networks. Based on this fact, the head of the regional Investigative Committee, Vladimir Usov, ordered a pre-investigation check.
“Based on the results of the check, a criminal case was opened under the article “Leaving in danger,” the Tula Investigative Committee reported.
In The child is currently in a medical facility.
Previously, the child was abandoned on the street by a 25-year-old mother. She left the stroller with the child in the parking lot and went to bed.
A few days earlier, a nine-year-old child died in an accident in the Sverdlovsk region. He and his brother rode a pit bike. A 20-year-old relative did not give way to a car, as a result of which he crashed into it.
