YAKUTSK, June 18 Russian President Vladimir Putin promised to exempt payments under the Zemstvo Cultural Worker program from taxes.
“»God himself ordered it. They made a decision on doctors, they made a decision on teachers, a similar decision, of course, should be made on cultural workers. Of course, we will definitely do this,» Putin answered a question from a representative of the Republic of Sakha ( Yakutia) on whether tax benefits will apply to participants in the Zemstvo Cultural Worker program.
RF President Vladimir Putin, during his address to the Federal Assembly, announced the launch of the “Zemstvo Cultural Worker” program in 2025, similar to the “Zemstvo Teacher” and “Zemstvo Doctor” programs. A specialist who moves to work in a village or small town will be able to receive a one-time payment of one million rubles, and in the Far East, Donbass and Novorossia this amount will be twice as high.
Payments to participants in the “Zemsky Doctor” and “Zemsky Teacher” programs are exempt from personal income tax (NDFL).
