MOSCOW, June 17 Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Pavel Fradkov Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, the corresponding decree is posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
«Pavel Mikhailovich Fradkov — Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, relieving him of his current position,» the text of the document says.
It also adds that Putin has appointed Oleg Savelyev Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Defense. It is noted that the decree comes into force on the day of its signing, June 17.
