The Central Bank of the Russian Federation lowered the official dollar rate by 4 rubles and 40 kopecks, the official euro rate by 4 rubles and 20 kopecks.
< p>The cost of the American currency was 82.62 rubles, the European currency was 89.09.
The yuan fell in price by 63 kopecks, to 11.17 rubles.
