MOSCOW, June 21 Belarusian tennis player Victoria Azarenka made it to the semi-finals tournament in Berlin, the prize fund of which exceeds 800 thousand euros.
Seeded third, a native of Moscow representing Kazakhstan, Elena Rybakina, withdrew from the quarterfinal match with a score of 3:1 in favor of Azarenka. The Kazakhstani tennis player was unable to continue the match due to poor health. The opponents spent 24 minutes on the court.
In the semi-finals of the tournament, Azarenka will play against the winner of the match between Russian Anna Kalinskaya and the third racket of the world, Belarusian Arina Sabalenka (2).
