MOSCOW, June 22. Honored Artist of Russia Mikhail Maltsev died at the age of 75, the Voronezh branch of the Union of Theater Workers (STD) reported.
It is specified that the actor died after a long illness.
Maltsev was born on June 4, 1950 year and served in the children's theater in Voronezh for more than forty years. He performed many roles in children's and adult productions. In 2003, he was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation. Maltsev's last work on stage was the role of King Lear in a play based on Shakespeare's play.
