MOSCOW, June 22 A civilian died in the village of Saltykovo, Belgorod region, after an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said in his Telegram channel.

The village of Saltykovo, Belgorod region, came under artillery fire… The man died as a result of a direct hit by a shell on the territory of an agricultural enterprise. He died from his wounds on the spot before the arrival of doctors. I express my sincere condolences to his family and the relatives of the deceased,” the message says.
