MOSCOW, June 24 A major fire in an eight-story administrative and warehouse building in Fryazino, Moscow Region, could have been caused by a malfunction in electrical equipment, a representative of emergency services said.
«Several versions are being considered fire, the main one being a malfunction in electrical equipment, including a short circuit,» the agency's source said.
He added that a special fire-technical laboratory, which will be sent to the scene of the incident, will help determine the exact cause of the fire.
