«Apparently somewhere there was a fire that had not been spilled, which flared up… The wind rose on the street, and most likely some kind of ember blew through the broken glazing,” he said.
A fire covering an area of 5 thousand square meters occurred in an eight-story administrative and warehouse building in Fryazino near Moscow on Monday afternoon. The Ministry of Emergency Situations announced the liquidation of the open fire closer to ten in the evening. Officially, six deaths are known.
