The large and expensive model will be available with a four-seater interior. In China, sales will start this year.
In certification photographs, the first-born of the Stelato brand — the S9 electric sedan — was revealed back in March. A public display was held a month later as part of the Beijing Motor Show. However, the Ministry of Industry of the People's Republic of China did not publish photos of the interior, but at the exhibition they showed a car with tinted windows and locked doors. And now, finally, branded images of the new car’s interior have appeared. Let us remind you that the Stelato brand is a joint project of the IT giant Huawei and the company BAIC (more precisely, its division BluePark, also known as New Energy), the brand was created for expensive “greens”.

The interior of the Stelato S9 is designed in a style that is relevant to many modern “Chinese” people. There are separate screens for the instrument panel and multimedia system and a two-story central tunnel, on which there are two platforms for wireless charging. A camera is built into the right pillar of the windshield — that is, the list of equipment includes facial recognition and driver condition monitoring systems. The new product features cameras instead of the usual exterior mirrors, so additional screens are built into the sides of the front panel. Of course, all electronics are from Huawei.

The gallery immediately signals the “prestige” of the S9: two VIP passengers can be accommodated in the back; a massive armrest with a large tablet is installed between the seats, on which control of all available functions is located. The seats themselves have retractable footrests, ventilation and a massager. There is a private hatch above the heads of the rear passengers. Expensive materials were used in the interior decoration.

As for the exterior design, the Stelato S9 is similar in appearance to another Huawei project – the Luxeed S7 sedan, which was developed jointly with Chery. At the same time, the “nine” is larger, its length is 5160 mm, width – 1987 mm, height – 1486 mm, wheelbase – 3050 mm. For comparison, the length of the Luxeed S7 is 4971 mm, the distance between the axles is 2950 mm.
It is known that Stelato S9 will be offered in two modifications. The base one will have one 309-horsepower electric motor on the rear axle. The total output of the dual-motor all-wheel drive sedan is 524 hp. The engines are from Huawei, the batteries are from CATL. However, the battery capacity has not yet been disclosed.
In China, orders for Stelato S9 will be accepted in August. It is expected that the electric sedan will cost somewhere between 450,000 and 550,000 yuan (about 5.3 million to 6.5 million rubles at the current exchange rate). The new product is also planned to be supplied to foreign markets.
