The average price of a three-room apartment in “old” Moscow in April 2024 reached a psychologically important point — 45 million rubles. This amount is comparable to the cost of many luxury items. Metrium analysts decided to find out which real estate objects, art and entertainment items are affordable for a person who has that kind of money.
According to the company, the average cost of three-room apartments in new buildings in Moscow over the year (from April 2023 to April 2024) increased by 19.4% — from 37.9 million to 45.2 million rubles.
In in the mass segment, the growth was 16.2% (from 20.4 million to 23.7 million rubles).
In business class, prices increased by 13.7% (from 39.5 million to 44.9 million rubles).
In the premium segment, growth reached 11.7% (from 67.6 million to 75.5 million rubles).
Now let's see what extravagant properties are comparable in terms of price with Moscow real estate.
The first option is a private island with a villa in the Caribbean Sea. Cost: 425 thousand dollars.
