Natalya Taranushenko, a 65-year-old teacher from the Moscow region, who left Russia due to criminal prosecution, was put on the wanted list. Mediazona found a wanted card for the teacher in the Ministry of Internal Affairs database.
As stated in the security forces database, Taranushenko is “wanted under an article of the Criminal Code.” Previously, a criminal case was opened against her for spreading “fakes” about the army motivated by political hatred (clause “e” of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code).

As ASTRA reported, the case against the teacher was opened on June 10. The reason for the criminal prosecution was the class hour “Lesson of Kindness”, which the woman held at school No. 1 in the city of Protvino back in 2022. According to the telegram channel Baza, after the “Lesson of Kindness”, complaints began to be received against her — the teacher was reprimanded and removed from her position as a class teacher.
The “Agency” wrote that during the class hour Taranushenko told the children about the crimes Russian army in Bucha, showed them several videos from the Ukrainian media and called the Russian invasion of Ukraine a violation of international law. One of the students did not like the “lesson of kindness”; he complained to his father.
Later, as the Agency found out, two parents of schoolchildren wrote denunciations against the teacher: Artem Alexandrov, a participant in the war in Ukraine, and businessman Dmitry Naaugust, who sent help to the front. In a complaint against the teacher, they said the woman's words «caused psychological trauma and mental suffering to their children.»
Later, both men transferred their children to other schools, however, as the Agency writes, Naaugust continued to write complaints against Taranushenko. The security forces refused to open a case against him several times. Taranushenko herself was forced to leave Russia due to criminal prosecution — she has been abroad since June 13.
