MOSCOW, July 2 The Butyrsky Court of Moscow sentenced the former head of the Research Institute of Precision Instruments (part of the Roscosmos corporation) to 5 years in prison «) Anatoly Shusharov for abuse of power, the court reported.
«Anatoly Vasilyevich Shishanov received 5 years of imprisonment, to be served in a general regime correctional colony, with deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to the performance of managerial functions in commercial or other organizations for a period of 2 years,» the court said. 
They added that his accomplice Oleg received 4 years in prison.
Both were taken into custody in the courtroom.
