ST. PETERSBURG, July 3 Russia will need about 12 years to build the «dream economy» that the country had in 2005-2007, businessman Oleg Deripaska said, speaking at the Financial Congress of the Bank Russia.
«We have all seen what a dream economy can be like — this is 2005, 2006, 2007. Yes, it will be difficult, yes, there will be twelve years of this difficult path, after adaptation and all the other, so to speak, restorations. … But we will be able to build a dream economy again,» Deripaska said. 
«I think it is very important to preserve these management resources, this is a private business, not to let it dry up during this pause and take advantage of this accumulated result,» he noted.
The businessman added that one of the trump cards of the Russian economy is the debt market and the bond market, which can grow strongly, at least 4 times. This is also privatization, for which, according to Deripaska, there are enough resources, because now 75% of companies are owned by the state.
