MOSCOW, July 5 Negotiating group on Ukraine from Russia now there is no due to the lack of a negotiation process, said press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov. The comment was published in the Telegram channel of Pavel Zarubin.
The press secretary of the head of state noted that the participation of Russian Presidential Assistant Vladimir Medinsky in the Russian-Hungarian negotiations was due to the fact that he headed the negotiating group on the Russian side on the Ukrainian issue.

The presidential spokesman added that the basis for resuming the negotiations process could become the “Istanbul agreements”.
