On July 13, the third stage of the International Circuit Racing Series on historic Classic Touring cars will be held at the Nizhny Novgorod Ring!
The title partner of the Series is YOKOHAMA. The sponsor of the Classic Touring stages is Zemsky Bank. The CT Series races are held with the support of the Russian Automobile Federation.
From cult Soviet classics to modern powerful cars and unique sports prototypes, from masters of sports of the USSR to very young pilots — all this variety of equipment and participants can be seen at the Nizhny Novgorod Ring next Saturday.
The stage will feature eight racing races, where spectators can expect a battle between pilots in Zhiguli, Moskvich and Volga cars, famous foreign classics, as well as ShortCut racing cars and MitJet cars.
The races promise to be spectacular and exciting, because the fate of the championship title has not yet been decided and any mistake could be a turning point on the threshold of the second half of the Series season.
On this day, real classics can be seen not only on the racing track, but also in the paddock, where participants of the retro exhibition will display their cars. Although an exhibition of this format has already become traditional for the Series, it will be held at NRing for the first time. Volga Club Saransk, Nizhny Novgorod Auto Retro Club, AZLK NNOV, DDR-Club and others were invited to participate.
