BRUSSELS, July 10 NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that The United States, Italy, Romania, the Netherlands and another member of the bloc will make promises to supply five more new air defense systems to Ukraine.
He said this before the start of the main part of the meetings at the NATO summit in Washington.
