The department explained that the NGO is located in Amsterdam and operates as an online publication that publishes materials in Russian and English. The founder and owner of the publication is a citizen of the Netherlands, who is also the head of foreign non-governmental organizations Stichting Potamos, Stichting 2 Oktober** and TVR Studios B.V.***.

"The work of the publication is aimed at discrediting the decisions of the leadership of the Russian Federation as in foreign and domestic policy,” the release clarifies.
Previously, access to the publication's website was limited by Roskomnadzor at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office due to the systematic posting of publications containing false information aimed at discrediting the activities of government bodies in conducting a special military operation.
