BRUSSELS, JUL 10 Head of US European Command General Christopher Cavoli acknowledged that Russian forces are “skillfully adapting to the challenges” they face in Ukraine.
«The Russians are very adept at adapting technically and technologically to the many challenges they face in Ukraine,» he said, speaking at a conference in the United States that was broadcast on the NATO website.
He also added that NATO countries are very actively studying what is happening in Ukraine, “they are developing and developing new technologies.” NATO does the same at its level. “We are also studying this carefully. We have several organizations that are studying the war in Ukraine,” said the American general.
He recalled that a special center has been opened in Poland for the exchange of relevant information and experience with the Ukrainian military.
