
MOSCOW, July 9 Russian President Vladimir Putin and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi agreed to expand interaction between Russia and India in education, science, culture, tourism, and sports.
A joint statement by Putin and Modi on the development of strategic directions of Russian-Indian economic cooperation until 2030 was published on the Kremlin website.
«Bilateral economic cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of India is planned to be built in the following nine priority areas: … development of cooperation in the humanitarian sphere, consistent expansion of interaction in the field of education, science and technology, culture, tourism, sports, healthcare and in other areas,» the statement says.
