MOSCOW, June 11 The Kuzminsky court of Moscow placed the former first deputy head of the Housing and Communal Services Reform Fund, Vladimir Talalykin, under house arrest in a fraud case.
“The court decided to grant the investigator’s request to impose a preventive measure in the form of house arrest against V.M. Talalykin,” the case file says.
According to the court, he is charged with major fraud (Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Talalykin has worked at the fund since 2007.
