In particular, Abramchenko raised the issue of construction of a fish channel in bypassing the Kochetovsky hydroelectric complex. During the reconstruction of the waterworks, the spawning migration routes of fish were disrupted, which leads to a reduction in aquatic biological resources in the Don River. The construction of a fish channel will solve this problem, the report notes.
Also during the meeting, Abramchenko noted the need to include the capital of the Don Cossacks, the city of Novocherkassk, in the list of 200 cities for which, as part of the president’s instructions, master plans will be developed plans.
In Novocherkassk, according to her, many important industrial enterprises and educational institutions of the Rostov region are concentrated, the appearance of the city, its socio-economic, environmental condition is important not only for its residents, but also for the region as a whole.< br>«Mikhail Mishustin, in turn, emphasized the importance of further strengthening the feedback between the government and the regions, since it is such interaction that allows decisions to be made that can qualitatively improve the situation in areas that are important to people.
