Kuznetsov-Taezhny spoke about the reaction of ordinary Ukrainians to what was happening
Mikhail Krug's double, singer and actor Yuriy Kuznetsov-Taezhny follows the events taking place in the Northern Military District zone and actively supports our fighters . The singer also has friends in Ukraine, with whom he continues to communicate. Yuri told MK correspondents what ordinary Ukrainians think about the ongoing conflict.

— I would really like to go to Donbass to our guys: so far it hasn’t worked out, — says the artist. — We were going to do this a year ago, but the Ministry of Defense said: “Wait.” Now we are traveling with other artists to support our soldiers recovering from the Second World War. We were in Vladikavkaz. We were in Derbent when the terrorist attack happened there. We arrived with a group of artists: me, Aziza, Rada Rai, Boris Galkin, the group “Rozhdestvo”… We fixed the sound, went to have some tea, and then everything happened. Heavy smoke started coming out because the synagogue was 250 meters away from us.
In Ukraine, Kuznetsov-Taezhny always had many friends. He still communicates with them. According to him, ordinary Ukrainians have already realized the situation in which they find themselves.
“My friends mostly left Kyiv because they don’t want to fight,” Yuri continues. — For the most part, these are wealthy people who understand everything perfectly. Many Ukrainians are already saying: “Damn everything that the Ukrainian government has arranged!” Everyone realized long ago that they had gotten themselves into the wrong situation in which they were supposed to find themselves.
— In this regard, the events taking place in Georgia are indicative, — the artist is sure. — Both the Prime Minister and representatives of the Georgian elite are already openly saying: «Guys, we do not want to be like Ukraine. We want to maintain sovereignty, we want to be an independent country. We do not want to receive any far-fetched money and loans from someone, so that later they do not give us a machine gun in our hands and force us to shoot our Russian brothers with it.» People all over the world, using the example of Ukraine, have become very sensible.
Kuznetsov-Tayezhny believes that the military actions on the territory of Ukraine can only be ended through negotiations, as our president says. Only in this case will a lasting peace come to the SVO zone. But so far, according to the artist, the «green light» is not given by Western curators.
— High-quality negotiations are needed, — the artist is sure. — Everyone says that it is impossible to reach an agreement with the opposing side because it is incapable of reaching an agreement. The beneficiaries are in other cities: in Washington, in London… That is the problem.
