In the Amur region, an investigation is being carried out based on a video published on social networks in which young people brutally beat a girl, the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs informed.
In the footage, people in medical masks are conducting an “interrogation” of a young girl in Blagoveshchensk, who is accused of defrauding a certain “store” in the amount of 300 thousand rubles. She responds by saying that she was set up.
Periodically, the girl is beaten, and at the end of the video, her hair is shaved off with a clipper and doused with brilliant green.
Police officers reportedly identified this video publication. The police are now conducting an investigation to determine the participants in the conflict, its time and place.
