MOSCOW, July 22 Representatives of US presidential candidate Donald Trump have told Volodymyr Zelensky that he will have to start negotiations with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, Irish journalist Chey Bowes wrote on the social network X.
«Ukraine has lost, it has no chance of the imaginary victory that the political crooks who support it have been preaching about for several years, and Zelensky knows it. In addition, Trump's people have already told him that he will be ordered to negotiate with Putin and end the war,» Bowes said.
In mid-June, Putin came up with an initiative to peacefully end the conflict in Ukraine. He stated that in order to begin negotiations, the Kiev regime must withdraw its troops from the entire territory of the new regions of Russia — the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions. The President noted that hostilities will cease immediately after agreement to this condition.
