MOSCOW, July 22 Governor of the Ryazan region Pavel Malkova will head the commission State Council in the direction of «Efficient and competitive economy», follows from the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
The head of state signed a decree on 21 State Council commissions on areas of socio-economic development of Russia and their chairmen. They are headed by the heads of Russian regions.
