IRKUTSK, July 25 In the Nizhneudinsky region of the Angara region from the village of Us-Kadui, where 20 houses were flooded, and from the village of Oktyabrskoye, where houses were also flooded , residents are being evacuated, reports the State Emergency Situations Directorate for the Irkutsk Region.
In the Irkutsk region in the southern and western regions, due to rising water in the rivers, a high alert regime is in effect.

"In the Nizhneudinsky district, in the village of Us-Kadui: 20 residential buildings were flooded; road communication with 3 settlements was disrupted; 25 people were evacuated to a temporary accommodation facility. Rescuers evacuated 10 residents from the flooded village of Oktyabrskoye by Mi-8 helicopter of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia,” the message says.
It is also noted that in the Taishetsky district two socially significant objects, a section of the road and 18 household plots were flooded.
Water levels are expected to rise to critical levels on the Biryusa and Uda rivers.
