Putin renews composition of State Council Presidium

MOSCOW, July 25 Russian President Vladimir Putin has updated the composition of the Presidium of the State Council, including the acting governors of the Tula and Samara regions, according to an order published on the portal of official and legal information.
«To make the following changes to the Presidium of the State Council of the Russian Federation…: to include the following persons in the Presidium,» the document says.

Thus, in accordance with the presidential decree, the presidium includes the governor of Stavropol Krai, chairman of the State Council commission on «Agriculture» Vladimir Vladimirov, governor of Ryazan Oblast, head of the State Council commission on «Efficient and Competitive Economy» Pavel Malkov, acting governor of Tula Oblast, chairman of the State Council commission on «Physical Culture and Sports» Dmitry Milyaev, head of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), who heads the commission on «Energy» Aisen Nikolaev.

The presidium also includes the acting governor of Samara Oblast, chairman of the commission on «Industry» Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, governor of Astrakhan Oblast, chairman of the commission on «International Cooperation and Export» Alexander Tsybulsky, and governor of Kaluga Oblast, head of the commission on «Personnel» Vladislav Shapsha.
Governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitry Artyukhov, Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov, Governor of the Ivanovo Region Sergei Voskresensky, Governor of the Primorsky Region Oleg Kozhemyako, Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region Mikhail Kotyukov, Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Governor of the Novgorod Region Andrei Nikitin, Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin, Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev, Head of the Republic of Buryatia Alexei Tsydenov and Governor of the Murmansk Region Andrei Chibis have been re-introduced to the Presidium of the State Council, with the current names of the commissions they head indicated. The Presidium also includes Aide to the President of the Russian Federation, Secretary of the State Council Andrei Dyumin, whose position has also been clarified in the new version of the document.
Putin previously made changes to the composition of the State Council, including acting heads of nine regions. He also ordered the creation of twenty-one State Council commissions on areas of Russia’s socio-economic development (the previous State Council had 18 commissions).
