MOSCOW, July 27 The Swedish bandy club Hammarby announced on its official website the signing of a contract with the Russian national team goalkeeper Almira Podkorytova.
«Now that I will be playing again for a big team with a lot of fans, I hope that many will come and support us. I am happy to represent this club,» Podkorytova said.
The 31-year-old Russian spent the past season with the Swedish club Sunvara, which left the Elitserien after suffering 15 defeats in 16 matches. The athlete has been playing in Sweden since the 2020/21 season, and previously also represented AIK and Skutskär.
