The local representative office of the brand has published new branded images of the fresh all-terrain vehicle, including the first pictures of the interior. In our market, the model will be offered with a choice of gasoline and diesel engines.
The second-generation Haval H9 frame SUV for the Russian Federation was officially announced in early July. And now the model has acquired its own page on the Russian consumer website of the brand, and Haval demonstrated the interior of our version for the first time. It is expected that orders for the new H9 will open in the near future — it is possible that this will happen already in August. Let us recall that, along with the Haval H3 crossover, the “second” H9 will be sold through a separate dealer network, Haval Pro.

As expected, the interior of the new SUV intended for Russia also repeated the model for China. The cabin has separate screens for the instrument panel and multimedia system with a diagonal of 10.25 and 14.6 inches, respectively. At the same time, the Haval H9 retained physical buttons. The previous press release of the Russian office of the brand also reported that the list of equipment for the model included three-zone climate control, wireless charging, heated and ventilated seats, a panoramic sunroof, all-round cameras, and off-road cruise control. The model will be available with a three-row interior. The trunk volume with the third and second row of seats folded is 1,598 liters.

As for the exterior design, the new Haval H9 looks like an enlarged copy of the Haval Raptor SUV (aka Menglong; not sold in Russia). Features include round LED headlights in square frames, a massive radiator grille with horizontal bars and a large Haval inscription, and bifurcated taillights. There is a storage box on the hinged trunk door. The length of the all-terrain vehicle is 4950 mm, the wheelbase is 2850 mm. Passport ground clearance is 224 mm.

In Russia, the second generation Haval H9 will be available with the same a 2.0 petrol turbo four (218 hp, 380 Nm) and a new 2.4 turbo diesel (184 hp, 480 Nm). The first engine works in tandem with an eight-speed automatic, the diesel is supposed to have a 9AT. The SUV has all-wheel drive, as well as locking of all differentials.

Prices have not yet been officially announced. The previous Haval H9 has already lost its section on the brand's website, although the model can still be found at dealers. Recently, the recommended price of the predecessor with a gasoline engine started at 4,099,000 rubles.
