MOSCOW, August 1 Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Russian government to submit proposals on measures to support manufacturers implementing scientific developments in industrial production. The corresponding list of instructions following a meeting of the Council on Science and Education and a meeting with mega-grant recipients and leading scientists was published on Thursday on the website Kremlin.
«The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the federal state autonomous institution «Russian Fund for Technological Development», shall prepare and submit proposals on measures to support domestic manufacturers implementing the results of scientific research and development in industrial production. Deadline — November 1, 2024,» the document says.
The persons responsible are Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Director of the Industrial Development Fund Roman Petrutsa.
