VLADIVOSTOK, August 4 The bridge was washed away after heavy rains in the Olginsky District of Primorye, rescuers are organizing a boat crossing, the head of the district reported Ekaterina Vannikova on her Telegram channel.
«The bridge fell at the 15th kilometer from the Mikhailovka side… Rescuers will organize a crossing over the Avvakumovka River, and we will ferry people until the bridge is restored,» Vannikova wrote. 
The bridge was washed away on Saturday, and on Sunday local authorities reported that the Olginsky branch of Primavtodor had deepened and reinforced the Banny stream, which flows through the village of Mikhailovka, to prevent water from reaching residential buildings.
Vannikova clarified that after the bridge collapsed, two villages were cut off from transport links.
«Mikhailovka and Furmanovo (were left) without transport links,» she said.
Last week and this week, the region experienced heavy rains, forecasters issued storm warnings four times, the last one was issued for Friday and Saturday. The state of emergency due to flooding of plots and houses was introduced in Shkotovsky District, Partizansky Urban District and Partizansky Municipal District. Due to flooding of crops, the state of emergency was also introduced in 14 more districts of the region.
As of Friday, 70 plots were flooded, three settlements were cut off from transport links. According to the regional Ministry of Transport, as of Saturday morning, deep overflows are making travel difficult in 10 municipalities of the region. A municipal emergency regime has been declared in the villages of Laz and Staraya Kamenka in the Lazovsky District of Primorye due to the effects of heavy rains.
