MOSCOW, August 6 Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, as part of efforts to achieve Russia's national development goals, will oversee areas related to realizing the potential of each person and raising a patriotic, socially responsible individual, the government website reports.
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin gave instructions on the implementation of the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin on national development goals through 2030 and for the long term through 2036. The head of government identified the deputy prime ministers, ministries and departments that will oversee this work, the cabinet website reports.
«Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko is in charge of national goals aimed at realizing the potential of each person, developing their talents, and raising a patriotic and socially responsible individual,» the statement said.
The government recalled that one of the indicators of such work is an increase by 2030 to 75% of the share of young people participating in projects and programs for professional and personal development and patriotic education. In addition, by 2030, the share of young people involved in volunteer and social activities should increase to 45%. As specified in the Cabinet of Ministers, the national project «Youth and Children» will help solve these problems.
